Freelance Finishing Manager - 6-month contract - Whiston

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to support the onsite team. This is fantastic opportunity to join a busy contractor on a housing site.

Role details:

• Position: Freelance Finishing Manager

• Duration: Till Project is completed 6-7 months

• Location: Halsnead, Whiston

• Start Date: Monday 14th July

• Rates: Negotiable

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing / Assistant Manager

• In date tickets

• Be able to commit to full duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations

• Organise and manage subcontractors on site

• Ensuring works are done on time and to the client specifications
