Job Description:

We are currently looking for a qualified and passionate English Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Hayes starting September 1st, 2025. This full-time role is ideal for an enthusiastic and experienced English Teacher who is committed to raising student achievement through engaging and inspiring lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Plan and assess student progress in line with the national curriculum

Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and achievement

Participate in departmental meetings, training, and school events

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential

Proven experience as an English Teacher in UK secondary schools

Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Punctual and reliable, with a genuine passion for education
