SALARY: £28-33,000 + £11-12,000 Commission (uncapped) OTE, £4,800 car allowance or car, pension, mobile, laptop

ROLE: Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

As a New Business Executive, you'll be responsible for driving SME growth across the manufacturing, retail, and hospitality sectors. This field-based role is ideal for someone with a competitive edge, confident communication skills, and a passion for winning new clients.

You will be expected to generate your own leads, using a mix of cold calling, door-to-door visits, and other proactive sales methods. You'll identify prospects, understand their needs, and convert opportunities into long-term contracted business.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within your territory
Building and maintaining relationships through regular in-person engagement
Securing contracted services and achieving monthly sales targets
Managing your own pipeline and reporting activity accurately

This is a fast-paced, target-driven position for someone who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and results.

EXPERIENCE: Business Development Manager / Sales Executive

You will have experience in sales in any background other than retail or sales where the customer comes to you, and a willingness to cold call for new business

You may have worked in a sales role in FM, Facilities Management, Alarm, Laundry, Fire, Merchant Services, FMCG, Washroom, Clinical/Confidential Waste, Shredding, Courier Services, Waste Management, Recycling, Security, Capital Equipment, Outsourcing, Pest Control, Hygiene Services, Textiles, Workwear, Contract Cleaning, Catering, Maintenance Contracts, or Advertising Services.

A valid UK driving licence is required for this role as you will be covering East London Area.
