Our well established and well respected regional main contractor client is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to join their growing team to initially run a £6M Industrial Development in the Hull area.

This is a 40 week Design and Build project delivering 3 Logistical units on an existing brown field site development for a key client so the successful applicant must be extremely professional and client facing.

You will have responsibility for the initial site set-up and delivery from inception through to final handover stage which will involve a high level of civil engineering work due to the nature of the project and will be supported on site by the project Site Engineer and General Foreman. In addition you will be responsible for managing the design team, site Health and Safety, daily supervision of sub-contractors and client liaison.

The ideal candidate will be located on the M62 corridor or the East side of Leeds and have a minimum of 5 years experience at Site Manager level or above, delivering the same value and nature of work with a professional and flexible attitude.
