Join a fast-paced manufacturing business as a Distribution Manager, taking ownership of warehousing, logistics, and end‑to‑end distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse, logistics, goods-in, storage & multi-channel fulfilment
Lead, train & develop warehouse and logistics teams
Maintain stock accuracy and support supply chain planning
Ensure efficient, accurate order fulfilment and on-time dispatch
Support transport planning and manage courier/logistics relationships
Champion safety, compliance & documentation standards
Drive continuous improvement and act as WMS super-user

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in distribution/warehouse/logistics management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Manufacturing or fast-paced operational background
Knowledge of stock control, dispatch, and WMS systems
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

What's On Offer

£35,000-£40,000 DOE
