A highly regarded demolition contractor is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery of a high-value infrastructure framework. The role involves managing packages, reporting, and commercial operations across a complex project, with an initial focus on enabling and demolition works.

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Strong NEC contract knowledge essential

Experience in demolition, groundworks, civils, or infrastructure projects

Capable of working flexibly across site in Reading and the office in Birmingham
