A highly regarded Legal 500 firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Property Solicitor 3-5 years' PQE to join its dynamic and supportive team. The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will join a team comprising of Partners, Associates and Solicitors where you will:

• Manage a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients in the retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering proactive legal solutions to meet their needs
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the firm to provide seamless service to clients

About You:

• At least 3 years' PQE in commercial property law, with experience in a wide range of transactions
• Proven track record of managing a varied caseload and delivering exceptional service to clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work to tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
