Purchasing Manager, Electronics, Hemel Hempstead

An electronics business in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp Purchasing Manager with strong Semiconductor, CEM or OEM experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a team of four, own a large spend and drive real change across purchasing and supply chain activity.

Purchasing Manager Experience:

Proven purchasing experience within Semiconductor / Electronics / CEM / OEM environments
A proactive, get stuck in style, not just allocating, but owning outcomes
Strong negotiation, supplier management and analytical skills
Ability to influence, implement improvements and make measurable change
Confident breaking down BOMs and explaining cost structures
Sharp, organised, and able to drive a clear plan
