A Sample of What You'll Do:
Provide expert-level support for SAP Business One users across various industries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with confidence, clarity, and care
Collaborate with our implementation and development teams to drive continuous improvement
Help us build a support culture that's proactive, not reactive

What We're Looking For:
Someone based in the UK
Proven experience in SAP Business One support (this is essential!)
Strong knowledge of core modules, SQL/HANA queries, Crystal Reports, and MTD.
Special attention given to those with Boyum Produmex Scan experience, as well as Codeless platforms BPA knowledge
A passion for problem-solving and delivering real value to users
A team player who's excited to help build and shape a growing support function
Must have SAP B1 Partner experience in a busy SAP B1 help desk environment
