We are currently advertising on behalf of a large multi-branded Automotive Dealership Group who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bristol area.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

37.25-hour week across Monday to Sunday with a monthly pre-scheduled rota between 8:00am-9:00pm (remote working available between 6:00pm-9:00pm and 1-in-2 weekends required).Requirements:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role - motor trade background is advantageous.
Capable of working towards targets/ KPIs
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
IT literate
Able to commute to both North & Central Bristol in the interim, as our client's head office will be moving to a brand-new purpose-built site in north Bristol/near Cribbs Causeway, in 2027. Duties of role:

Professionally communicate with customers regarding their journey, of purchasing a new vehicle.
Capturing key information and updating our client's vehicle sales system to ensure they're delivering a personalised experience.
Working together with the vehicle sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 with OTE of circa £28,200.
