**Call Centre Advisor**

Located in Rotherham, S60.

The only UK Credit Management and Collections Company owned by a bank are looking for Collection Advisors.

They are a contact centre with a difference, based in Rotherham. They have good public transport links and plenty of other benefits, including a customer satisfaction score of 4.8/5 from end users.

Initiative is important, as is teamwork and customer service skills. Ideal candidates would need to be calm and professional with a positive outlook, as well as being computer literate. Above all, appropriate candidates would be:

* ‘A natural’ with people, both face-to-face and on the telephone * A good listener – able to build rapport and ask the right questions to gain a thorough understanding of what the customer needs * Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

You don't need to have telephone customer service experience, but experience of helping people through difficult times could be a bonus. That could be face-to-face or over the telephone. An eye for detail, the ability to listen carefully and most importantly building rapport will help you succeed. We want people on our calls, not robots, so be free to show empathy and tailor your approach to that customer's needs.

**Candidates will be subject to a DBS, credit check, work history and background check in order to be successful.**

**Duties include:**

Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, you'll work with our customers who are in early arrears, helping to bring their accounts back into good health. Making sure the repayments are affordable and sustainable. You'll look at the customer's income and expenditure and have the flexibility to negotiate affordable plans, in a relaxed, people-oriented environment.

**Experience needed:**

Experience in a similar role is not necessarily required, however your behaviours and ability to deal with potential conflict situations and willingness to have difficult conversations is a must.

**The hours of work are:**

Monday & Tuesday – 11am – 8pm

Wednesday – 8am to 4pm

Thursday – 9am – 6pm

Friday – 10am – 7pm

1 in 4 Saturdays 9am – 1pm

Some flexibility may be required.


£18,000 basic, OTE of £20,100.

Bonus related to call quality and company income paid quarterly.
