Proactive Personnel Warrington are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our established office the town centre

What You'll be Doing:

* Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team

* Proactive in developing new business daily

* Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face

* Managing key accounts

* Full accountability for your own sales

* Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks

* Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Minimum 1 year recruitment or sales background supported with sales success

* Ability to build and develop business relationships

* A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach

* Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field

* A full UK driving licence
