This position is with a leading provider of Valuations and Investment Services who have offices in Manchester and London. With locations in the North and the South, the firm are able to support their clients all over the country.
 
You will be visiting properties across the North West providing Red Book Valuations on Development, Commercial and Residential properties for a range of purposes and a variety of clients including banks, land owners, private individuals, social housing and the Public Sector.
 
With over 30 years' experience in the market place, and a merger in recent years with a Building Consultancy, the firm have been and are still on a consistent growth plan and as such need to add a Valuer to the team in Manchester.
 
This is ideal for someone who has Commercial and Residential Valuation experience and aspires to progress. Under the mentorship of the current Directors, a pathway to Associate Director can be put in place immediately.

Experience and qualifications you will have

MRICS or RICS
Currently a registered valuer
Experience valuing commercial and residential
Proficient in MS Office
Experience using iPads and modern software
