The role offers genuine long term progression, and aa clear route to Head of Department and ultimately Partnership.

* Minimum 2 years PQE in Family Law

* Ability to manage caseload independently

* Strong experience across a broad range of private family law matters

* High client facing involvement

* Strong IT and Case Management systems experience

* Experience of DPS IT Case Management System would be beneficial (not essential)

* Handle matters including to include: divorce, financial disputes, children matters, separation agreements, pre & post nuptial agreements, care proceeding and domestic abuse
