My client are one of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies with a strong reputation both in the UK and overseas. They are a resiliant firm who have survived many challenges over the years and COVID-19 is no different.

As a result they are now looking to recruit an Associate Quantity Surveyor with Employers Agent experience. 

The Quantity Surveyor will be working with a long standing client on a large scale and long term (20 years) mixed-use project. The successful candidate will match the following criteria: 

• Degree qualified in a relevant field. 
• MRICS Chartered. 
• Previous Employers Agent experience is a must. 
• Previous experience with Private Sector clients. 
• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Construction Consultancy.
