The role of Front of House & Building Manager here are Securitas as one of our illustrias STARS is an interesting and challenging role, responsible for the front of house at our Head Office, which houses our UK National Operations Centre, and also home to our state of the art experience centre.

This role will allow you to demonstrate your exemplary customer service skills as you engage with customers, clients and visitors throughout each day. As this is UK Head Office a members of the Executive management team will sometimes be based there and when they are you will be their point of contact and assist them with any requirements they have.

This role is also responsible for making sure our building works as it should, liaising with contractors and suppliers arranging for routine mainternance as well as repairs.

Essential Skills

To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both verbally and in writing.

You should be, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.

You should have some experience of managing suppliers and contractors and managing Health & Safety processes.

Desirable Skills

Experience of facilities or building management, but don't worry if not, we will train you.
