Contract Length: 12 months We are supporting a global software rollout and scaling the engineering team from 6 to 10 contractors. This is a long-term project (2 years’ integration)
The RoleYou’ll be joining a small, high-performing team to support and test a web-based application. The software is still early in its lifecycle, so expect a steep learning curve, problem-solving, and direct interaction within a live environment.
Responsibilities: - Manual testing of complex software with no user manual in place
- Following up with customers and live environments to resolve issues
- Supporting applications built on SQL, Influx, and Azure-hosted VMs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and new customers as the scope of work evolves
What We’re Looking For: - Strong background in manual testing and technical support
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning new software quickly
- Exposure to SQL databases and cloud environments (Azure experience a plus)
- Excellent communication skills – able to work with customers and internal teams
- Experience in ISO27001/SOC2 environments beneficial
