If you're a Sales Executive who enjoys helping customers make confident financial decisions, this role offers the chance to work with qualified leads while building expertise within a growing financial platform. You'll guide customers through lending options using modern technology, helping them find solutions that fit their circumstances.

You'll join a collaborative team where performance and customer outcomes matter equally. The environment combines structured targets with strong support, training, and a hybrid working model designed to balance flexibility with team collaboration.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £28,000k per annum, OTE £35,000-£40,000.
• Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

About the Company
You will be joining a fast-growing financial technology platform focused on improving financial wellbeing for its users. The business combines technology, partnerships with lenders, and a customer-first approach to deliver accessible lending solutions within a collaborative, supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of fully qualified inbound leads and guide customers through lending options.
• Assess applications and recommend suitable unsecured loan solutions using internal technology.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Support customers throughout the application journey alongside the advisory team.

About You
• Sales experience, ideally within financial services or lending.
• Experience working with customer leads and closing sales opportunities.
• Experience discussing financial products or credit-based solutions with customers.
