Our client, a rapidly growing and highly reputable maintenance company with offices across the South & West of England, is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative in Dorset on a long term basis, with significant opportunity for the role to become permanent due to continued business expansion.
The Role
As a Multi-Trade Operative, you'll be a key player in the delivery of high-quality maintenance service to the local colleges.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute a variety of maintenance tasks, including: Decorating, dry lining, Carpentry, Drainage, ground works, landscaping, and general repair work. ( you do not have to be qualified in all these trades)
*
Work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
*
Problem-solve in real-time, providing effective solutions for planned maintenance.
Requirements:

Proven multi-trade experience
*
A people-first approach and a strong work ethic.
*
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
*
Full driving license.
