What You'll Do:

Deliver planning input on a wide range of infrastructure and development projects
Collaborate with experts across environmental, engineering, and design disciplines
Support tender and bid preparation
Produce high-quality reports and planning submissions
Help mentor and support junior team members
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Town Planning or a related subject
Around 2+ years of planning experience
Working towards or holding RTPI membership (desirable)
Clear understanding of UK planning legislation (e.g. TCPA, DCO, EIA)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a proactive, team-focused approach
