Maintenance Electrician

Location: Granta Park, Cambridge (CB21)
Salary: £40,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Call-Out: None

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician with 18th Edition to join the engineering team at a prestigious site on Granta Park. You'll carry out electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance while supporting general building fabric and mechanical tasks as needed.

The site is well-maintained, with a friendly team culture and an excellent working relationship with the end client.

What You'll Be Doing

* Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance

* Supporting building fabric maintenance

* Minor plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC assistance

* Ensuring compliance and maintaining high site standards

* Working collaboratively with the on-site team
