Work as Deputy Nurse Manager of an elderly/dementia nursing home in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire. You will be joining a company who have a fantastic reputation across the Midlands for their high standard of patient care and staff development - the Home is rated as Good in all areas with the CQC. As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will have responsibility for assisting in the management of a business and a team. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the service operates effectively whilst ensuring high quality care is provided.
To apply for this role, you will either be an experienced Deputy Home Manager, or a Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead.  The role will include both leading on the floor and supernumerary shifts. 

Criteria for the role of Deputy Home Manager include:
Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN - RGN or RMN
Experience leading a team
