As an Operations Manager you will provide leadership & coordination of manufacturing, quality and materials across site. Implement the standards and strategic objectives and to drive performance improvements consistently across shifts. Ensuring operations strategy is aligned with overarching Encirc strategy. Accountability for safety, quality, cost, performance KPIs and culture.

Key Requirements

• Significant experience in fast moving and highly regulated manufacturing environments in Mid to senior level leadership roles.
• Certified Lean qualification and tangible examples of process and organisational development and improvement
• Influential & Experienced Business Leader with high commercial and operational awareness.
• Expertise in Strategic Growth Planning and Governance.
• P&L accountability and Operations Leadership.
• Lean operations implementation and process engineering background.
• Cost rationalization through end-to-end supply chain design.
• Organisational design and restructuring & implementation of high performing teams.
• Senior Leadership Mentoring / Coaching.
• Tangible results demonstrating cultural development into high performing teams.
• Certified Lean qualification and tangible examples of process and organisational development and improvement
