REED Education is pleased to be supporting a reputable secondary school in Wisbech with the recruitment of a committed and versatile Visual Arts Teacher. This is a full-time maternity cover position, commencing after the Easter holidays, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established and supportive Creative Arts faculty.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across the Visual and Performing Arts, including:

• Art
• Drama
• Music

You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of classroom practice, and support students across a range of abilities to achieve their full potential.

Person Specification

• QTS is preferred but not essential; applications are welcomed from instructors with relevant experience.
• A proven ability to teach Art, with additional experience in Drama and/or Music advantageous.
• Strong behaviour management and a commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
