What you'll be working:

Your hours will be based on a rota working every other weekend.
Full time hours
42 hours per week

What you'll be doing as a Senior Support Worker:

Provide direct care and support as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in achievement of their planned outcomes
Maintain accurate, legible records of care provided, based upon the care plan
Be actively involved in meeting own and team objectives through encouraging and supporting others
Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, their families, colleagues and any relevant professionals
Provide Personal care

What you'll have:

Previous hands on care experience
A genuine interest in providing the best person centre care possible
A NVQ in Health and Social care from Level 3 onwards is desirable (Desirable)
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
