Company: REED

Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £130 - £200 per day

In Leeds-based schools, Year 6 is a defining year. Pupils are preparing for the transition to secondary school, and they need teachers who can guide them with clarity, confidence, and compassion. We’re working with schools that are looking for educators who understand the importance of this final Key Stage 2 chapter, not just academically, but emotionally and socially.

These roles are for teachers who lead with purpose. You know that structure provides stability, that clarity builds resilience, and that encouragement can make all the difference. You’ll help pupils navigate SATs, but more importantly, you’ll help them believe in themselves as learners and individuals.

You’ll be joining schools that value both achievement and wellbeing. They set high standards, but meet them with care, flexibility, and a deep respect for individuality. Reed Education will support you every step of the way, offering placements that align with your values, CPD opportunities to help you grow, and a dedicated consultant who understands your journey, because they’ve walked it too.

If you believe in creating classrooms where children feel prepared, empowered, and inspired, and where teachers are trusted to lead with heart, these are the opportunities where you’ll thrive.
