We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Chorley that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.About the Role:

• Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
• Support children on a 1:1 or small group basis to raise attainment.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has prior experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about helping children learn.
• Can work well as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
• Has strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
