THE ROLE

As an Office Manager, you'll take charge of a large property portfolio, ensuring properties are presented at their best. As well as:

* Oversee the setup and presentation of properties

* Develop and implement effective advertising strategies to attract tenants

* Training and supporting the team

* Produce regular reports on property performance and market trends

* Ensuring office remains compliant

* Driving team to hit targets

THE CANDIDATE

What are we looking for in an Office Manager? You'll need:

* Proven experience in managing and leading a team

* Experience in the property industry

* A goal-oriented and ambitious mindset

* The drive to reach and surpass targets

* A full UK driving licence

* The ability to generate new business and opportunities
