Salary: £24000 - £25000/annum

A fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or college leaver to join a cashier team as a Trainee Finance Administrator.

Regular events organised by the social committee including a summer and Christmas partyAs the Trainee Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Processing outward CHAPS and Bacs payments
Allocation of client receipts
Bank reconciliations
Taking Card Payments from clients over the telephone and in person
Processing Purchase ledger invoices on the accounts system
Posting of Office Disbursements including Land Registry, Court fees, and other search fees.
Banking client and office cheques/cash as and when required
Processing Counsel fee notes onto the purchase and relevant client ledger's
Monitoring and responding to queries within the accounts shared inboxThe successful Trainee Finance Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

Excellent numeracy skills
Interest in pursuing a career in finance
Excellent IT skills
Good organisational skills
Strong communication skills
