The Overview

Based on a combination of both office and brand performance, we are extremely excited to promote this opportunity for an experienced billing manager to take the reins of THE most successful team in the US right now. We are actively looking for a hands-on people manager, to complement the existing team & look to build out a complimentary market within the Built Environment and Data Centre sphere. This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our Harper Harrison brand through 2025 and beyond.

• Take on PNL of a team of 4, currently performing at $41k PPH.
• People Management responsibilities of existing team & build of new market.
• Business Development Job flow support from our Commercial Team.
• Mentorship from Global Brand Director.
• $80-120k base + team override + $#removed#k equity proceeds.

• UK or AU sponsorship offerings.
• Scale the brand to 12+ heads across entry level & experienced talent in the next 12/8 months.
