Salary: £50000 - £57000/annum

We're hiring a Head of Apprenticeships to lead the delivery, compliance, and quality assurance of our apprenticeship provision. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Board, where you'll be empowered to make decisions and drive outcomes independently—with support available, but no micromanagement.

Location: West London (Hybrid - 2 days from home, 3 days in-office OR fully office-based)

Salary: £50,000 - £57,000 per annum

Your Responsibilities:

* Lead the strategic and operational delivery of all apprenticeship programmes

* Ensure full compliance with ESFA funding rules and Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework

* Act as the Ofsted nominee and lead for all audits and inspections

* Oversee ILR submissions and quality assurance processes

* Develop, implement, and maintain accreditation and quality standards

* Manage stakeholder relationships, including EPAOs, regulators, employers, and internal teams

* Identify funding opportunities (bootcamps, devolved funding, local initiatives) and submit successful bids

* Prepare the organisation for upcoming Ofsted monitoring visits and long-term quality improvement

* Grow apprenticeship enrolments and pipeline across Logic4training centres

* Build out apprenticeship delivery plans in collaboration with curriculum and operations teams

The Candidate:
You're a confident, capable professional who thrives on accountability and autonomy. You have the skills and experience to lead apprenticeship delivery end-to-end and the credibility to represent the organisation during inspections and audits.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A proven track record in managing apprenticeship provision and funding compliance

* In-depth knowledge of Ofsted EIF and the ability to lead inspections as nominee

* Excellent project management, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills

* Strong understanding of ILR processes and apprenticeship standards

* A UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed

* A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
