The Leader Group are recruiting on behalf of Yorkshire Community Healthcare.

We are looking for really kind and caring support workers willing to go above an beyond to make a difference.

Your role will involve supporting a woman, who has sustained quite serious orthopaedic injuries. She would like support with daily tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation. We are also keen to optimise her engagement in social activities within her local community.

Shift Pattern: 9am-3pm

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
• At least 6-months of UK based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
