Are you a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking flexibility and variety in your working week? We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic HLTAs to join our supply team, working across a well-regarded Trust of welcoming and vibrant primary schools throughout Sheffield, starting September 2025.

The Role:

As a supply HLTA, you'll provide valuable classroom cover and deliver pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You'll have the chance to support a range of schools, build strong professional networks, and enjoy the work-life balance that flexible supply offers.

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience

Recent experience supporting learning in a primary school setting

Confidence in leading whole-class teaching when required

Adaptable, proactive, and dependable approach

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A genuine passion for making a positive impact on children's learning
