Job Title: Valuing Negotiator
Salary: £28,000 basic (£32,000+ OTE)
Location: Weston-super-Mare (covering Burnham & Weston areas)

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a Valuing Negotiator to their established lettings team in North Somerset.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position within a busy lettings office, combining elements of negotiation, client management, and business development.
You'll be responsible for managing enquiries, conducting viewings, supporting valuation activity, and building relationships with both landlords and tenants. There is also a strong focus on identifying new opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Supporting valuation appointments alongside senior team members
- Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords
- Advising applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
- Managing offers and negotiating terms between all parties
- Proactively generating new business opportunities
- Assisting with marketing and canvassing activities
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Providing a consistently high level of service throughout the process
What You'll Need
- At least 12 months' experience within lettings or estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to generating business
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A solid understanding of the lettings process (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
