Responsibilities as our Parts & Service Advisor will include:
- Ordering and processing stock from various suppliers, online and over the phone
- Liaising with colleagues within the Sales & Workshop teams
- Maintaining stock levels
- Developing relationships with suppliers
- Working to deadlines to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and meets our customer’s needs
- Outlining budgets and working towards company targets
- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory family
What we’re looking for in our Parts & Service Advisor:
- Demonstrable motorcycle mechanical & technical knowledge and experience
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion to deliver an exceptional service
- Driven to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
- Experience in handling and manoeuvring motorcycles would be beneficial
- A full, clean UK driving & motorcycle licence is desirable but not essential
