Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 OTE

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership for a Sales Executive to join their successful sales team in the Torbay area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to build a successful career within the motor trade.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and understanding their needs

Demonstrating vehicles and organising test drives

*

Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover

*

Building strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals

*

Achieving and exceeding sales targets

*

Promoting finance, insurance products, and additional extras

*

Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-ups

Requirements

*

Previous experience in a Sales Executive role (motor trade experience preferred but not always essential)

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills

*

Target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

*

Full UK driving licence
