What You’ll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Confidence planning activities and tracking child development
- Ability to work full time within a rota system

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Act as key person for a group of children, monitoring development and progress
- Maintain accurate observations and learning records
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio requirements
