What You’ll Need

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Working knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Confidence planning activities and tracking child development
• Ability to work full time within a rota system

What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Act as key person for a group of children, monitoring development and progress
• Maintain accurate observations and learning records
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and ratio requirements
• Work with colleagues to ensure consistent routines and standards
• Communicate daily with parents regarding care and development
