We are seeking an experienced nurse to join a nursing home in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the highest standards of nursing and social care, in line with nursing home policies and best practices.
- Manage and oversee medication administration, ensuring compliance and coordinating regular reviews with GPs and pharmacies.
- Lead, mentor, and support Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, fostering professional growth and a resident-centered approach.
- Conduct clinical, environmental, and medication audits, implementing improvement plans to maintain exceptional standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents and families, handling queries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Requirements:- Active NMBI registration.
- Managerial training or previous leadership experience is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong decision-making ability and a proactive approach.
- Ability to lead a team while also working independently.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
