Kitchen Sales Designer
Location: North West Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000 + Commission
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Due to continued success and growth, they are now seeking an experienced and driven Kitchen Sales Designer to join their passionate team in North West Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys seeing their ideas come to life in bespoke, hand-crafted interiors.

Role Responsibilities:

* Consult with clients in the showroom and at home to understand their lifestyle, tastes, and requirements

* Design and present bespoke kitchen solutions using CAD software (e.g. ArtiCAD, Winner)

* Manage the full design and sales process, from initial consultation to final installation

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors

* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience

* Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard

* Keep up to date with design trends, product ranges, and industry developments

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in kitchen design and sales (essential)

* Confident using design software such as ArtiCAD, Winner, or similar

* A consultative, creative, and customer-first approach

* Excellent organisational and project management skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Enthusiasm for interiors, premium design, and quality craftsmanship

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
