£44,000 - £47,000 depending on experience with £10,000 Travel and OTE £60,000

Romford covering central & greater London

Duties Include: Installation, Servicing & Fault Finding of the Following Equipment:

MVHRs (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery)

Extract Fans

AHUs (Air Handling Units)

FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

HIUs (Heat Interface Units)

CIUs (Cooling Interface Units)

Air Source Heat Pumps

Hot Water Cylinders

Pumps

Trace Heating Systems

Electrical Wiring (All levels of electrical experience considered)

Heat Exchangers

Emergency Lighting Testing

Fire Alarm Testing

BMS (Building Management Systems)

Potable Water Systems (in line with L8 regulations)

Additional Information:

On-call rota: 1 week in every 6 (out-of-hours support)

Overtime available

Background in mechanical or building services engineering

Proven experience with HVAC systems and plant equipment

*

Ability to carry out diagnostics and reactive maintenance independently

*

Electrical knowledge is beneficial (but not essential - training can be provided)

Good working knowledge of health & safety practices

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong communication and organisational skills
