What You'll Bring: Your Strengths To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience working with challenging young people in residential settings.
- The ability and willingness to commit fully to a rolling rota of core shifts, prioritising them above other commitments.
- Experience with physical restraint techniques. If you don't have this, Randstad can provide comprehensive Team Teach training to get you up to speed.
- A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desired due to various locations across Cardiff.
