My client a small, lovely successful IFA Financial Services Firm in the Berkshire area, is actively looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to carry out a full time Office based role on an hourly rate of 9am to 5.30pm working closely with the Financial Advisor in supporting him on the Administration and client support side.  A great opportunity for someone with strong skills on the Financial Administrative side who could also progress further where required.  Below is a listing of the profile and a great opportunity in order to work your great skills and increase them further.

They are looking for an enterprising person to support the company director to support and grow his Financial Advisory business. The position is a full-time Office Administrator (working normal office hours of 9:00 am – 5.30pm (with 1 hour lunch break) of circa 37.5 hours per week). The job is to support a hugely successful financial advice practice and involves a lot of administrative work with a smattering of office manager and PA duties.

This is an office-based Financial Services Amin position with parking available set in a modern, serviced office building and the office is a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Prior financial services admin experience is required and there will be a great chance to develop also.

It is a lovely location and small team. 

It is imperative the successful candidate possesses the following qualities:

· Must be responsible and accountable for all your responsibilities and able to carry out IFA Financial Planning Administration ideally 

· Be proactive on the job and happy doing the 100% office based

· Meticulous, attention to detail 

· Effective communication – verbal and written and excellent phone manners and skills if require to speak with Financial Clients 

· Multi-tasking and ability to prioritise tasks

· Able to follow instructions and repeat processes to the same level of accuracy and method

· Work in tandem with manager to accomplish tasks with tight deadlines

· Ability to support the business on the administrative side within the small team

Benefits are as follows:-

a. Start date – Ideally Februaryb. 100% office basedc. Work hours – 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break – 37.5 hours per week standardd. Salary range depending on candidate qualifications, experience and referencese. Intelligent Office experience is valuable as is expertise with Excel, Word and Power Pointf. Employer pension contribution – 3% of base salaryg. Holidays – 20 working days + 2 additional weeks for Christmas and New Year – 6 weeks in totalh. Office – serviced office in a new Regus building, parking space available and the office has fridge and microwave – Big windows with natural daylight
