HLTA Opportunity - Southampton

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Southampton to recruit a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is ready to take on a varied and rewarding role within a supportive school environment. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality learning, leading small group interventions, and occasionally covering whole classes, ensuring continuity and engagement across the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will bring confidence, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils' progress. You will be comfortable working across different year groups, supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, and contributing positively to the wider school community. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, as you will be working closely with teaching staff to help raise attainment and provide targeted support where it is needed most.
