We are currently recruiting for a housing refurbishment contractor and they are currently looking for an Electrical Manager to join their team and overlook the expansion of their electrical department.
The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes schemes for a minimum of 5 years. Works you will overlook include day to day electrical repairs and planned works. You will also assist in bidding & tendering for new projects, recruiting new staff and developing the business in this area.
Your main duties will include management of sub-contractors and direct staff, health and safety talks, inspecting works pre and post works, liaising with your client, attending progress meetings and the overall delivery of your projects.
All candidates applying for the role will require the following:
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
- 2391/18th edition
- Full Driving Licence
- A minimum of five years experience managing decent home projects
