Mortgage and Protection Advisor – Leagrave

CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential to apply.

• Earnings: £40,000–£60,000+ OTE

• Basic salary: £25,000–£28,000 (dependent on experience)

• Commission: Fully uncapped

• Generate and grow your own client base while maximising in-branch opportunities.

• Follow up on warm leads from the estate agency team and convert them into business.

• Work closely with admin, compliance, and training teams to ensure smooth processes for clients.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completion—always going above and beyond.

• Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm

• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am–5:00pm (with a day off in lieu)

• Office-based, full-time role
