Key Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons across KS3-KS4
Use a range of teaching strategies to stretch and challenge learners of all abilities
Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback
Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum
Maintain excellent behaviour and classroom management
Participate in department meetings, CPD, and whole‑school initiatives
Support students' academic and personal growth

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge in Science (any specialism considered)
A passion for inspiring young people
High expectations for behaviour and achievement
Ability to differentiate lessons effectively
A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development
