As a Legal Operations Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for lawyers using the platform, supporting them with everything from case management to compliance queries and platform troubleshooting. If you're experienced in legal support roles and excited by the idea of joining a fast-paced startup at the forefront of legal innovation - this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Acting as first-line support for lawyers, resolving queries via chat, email, and phone
• Supporting day-to-day operations including onboarding, document checks, legal formatting, and platform training
• Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with product/engineering teams
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and AML regulations, in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintaining process documentation and continually improving internal workflows
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the lawyer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a legal role (e.g. paralegal, legal assistant, legal operations)
• Experience in a law firm, legal tech, or start-up environment
• Familiarity with legal billing and case management systems
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Confident, proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset
• A genuine interest in legal tech and improving access to legal services
