We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Manager to lead the electrical works for a large-scale residential construction project. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for managing the installation, inspection, and commissioning of all electrical systems to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with codes and safety standards.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all electrical activities on-site, including planning, execution, and supervision

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other trades

*

Review electrical drawings, specifications, and ensure accurate implementation

*

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations

*

Manage project timelines, budgets, and material procurement related to electrical systems

*

Conduct regular inspections, quality control, and resolve technical issues

*

Prepare progress reports and documentation for stakeholders

Electrical Manager Requirements:

Gold ECS card

*

SMSTS

*

Proven experience (5+ years) in electrical management, ideally in residential construction

*

Strong knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and best practices

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
