The Opportunity

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to take the next step in your financial services career? Join a highly respected, client-focused financial planning firm based in Maidenhead. You'll play a key role supporting two principal advisers while ensuring the smooth running of client servicing and new business processes.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong administrative background in wealth management, or a recent graduate keen to break into the financial planning industry with a company offering progression and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to two experienced Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs)

• Manage and maintain client records via Intelliflo (iO) and other internal systems

• Process new business applications and ensure compliance procedures are followed

• Prepare client documentation, valuation reports and meeting packs

• Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service

• Assist in handling policy tracking, platform transactions, and follow-up activities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of admin experience within an IFA, wealth management, or financial services environment(Recent graduates with a genuine passion for financial planning will also be considered)

• Experience with Intelliflo (iO) or a similar back-office CRM system

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Confident communicator with a client-first approach

• Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic about growing in the financial advice sector
