In order to secure the best talent available to support our future growth plans, KONE are now offering a number of exciting opportunities to join our Ex Forces Career Accelerator Programme which will offer a fast track development path to a leadership position.

This programme will offer successful applicants substantive roles with exposure to Engineering, Sales and Operational management along with 1-2-1 mentoring from a senior member of the leadership team with a clearly defined and managed pathway to a Senior leadership position.

Candidate specification: At least 2 years in the Forces with the ability to articulate leadership experience as well as development within a technical discipline (Engineering, Logistics, Project Management etc.)
